Your Graduation Dress

40 Hours Total /4 hours per class (10 Sessions, Twice a Week)

Tuesdays 4pm -8.30 pm 

Saturdays 2 pm-6 pm

Turn your dream dress into reality in this exclusive graduation sewing program!

Under the expert guidance of our couture instructor, students will design and sew their very own custom-fit grad gown — from initial concept and sketch to the final beautifully finished garment. This immersive course combines fashion design, pattern-making, and couture-level sewing techniques, giving each student the confidence and skill to create a one-of-a-kind masterpiece.

What You’ll Learn:

• How to plan and design your custom grad dress

• Taking accurate body measurements and adjusting patterns for perfect fit

• Cutting, pinning, and assembling the garment

• Working with linings, zippers, and darts

• Professional couture construction techniques

• Finishing details — hemming, pressing, and optional embellishment

Project:

A fully finished, custom-designed graduation dress, created entirely by you with personalized guidance and couture techniques.

Who Should Join:

• Students ages 14+ with basic sewing experience

• Anyone who dreams of designing and sewing their own graduation or special occasion dress

Note:

If a student does not have prior sewing experience, we highly recommend enrolling in our “Mini Sewing Program” before joining this course.

What to Bring:

• Chosen dress fabric and matching thread (details provided at registration)

• Muslin fabric for test fitting (toiles)

• Design inspiration or sketch (optional)

• Notebook

​We Provide:

• Sewing machines, professional tools, and dress forms

• Expert instruction, pattern-making assistance, and fitting support

Program Highlights:

• Present your finished creation in our Mini Grad Fashion Show

Additional Information:

If a student requires extra time to complete the dress, additional hours are available at $35/hour.
