Get your child started on a creative journey with this fun and hands-on sewing program! Over 8 exciting weeks, kids will learn to sew step-by-step while completing useful and adorable projects they’ll be proud to show off.

What They’ll Learn:• How to safely use and control a sewing machine• Basic stitching, cutting, and pinning techniques• Simple pattern work, hand embroidery, and embellishing• Practical sewing skills through guided projects

Weekly Projects & Schedule:

Week 1 - October 11 - 10 am -1 pm

Master the sewing machine & practice stitches. Sew a lipstick or chapstick holder

Week 2 - October 18 - 10 am -1 pm

Scrunchie Fun!Learn to sew colorful, stretchy scrunchies

Drawstring BackpackCreate your own lightweight, functional backpack

Thanksgiving Throw PillowSew a cute stuffed pillow with fall fabrics
