Sewing Camp for Kids

Get creative this winter break at our fun, hands-on sewing camp for kids!Over four mornings, students will learn essential sewing skills while creating cozy, practical projects — from scrunchies to pajama pants!

What They’ll Learn:

• How to use a sewing machine safely

• Sewing straight & curved seams

• Hand-stitching and soft toy techniques

• Cutting fabric, reading patterns & assembling garments

• Finishing touches for a professional look

Projects Include:

Day 1 – Scrunchie Fun

Day 2 – Staffed Felt Toy

Day 3 – Tote Bag

Days 4–5 – Cozy Pajama Pants

All tools, scrap fabrics, and patterns are provided — kids just bring their snacks and enthusiasm! 

For the pajama pants project:

Students are required to bring 2 meters of flannel cotton fabric and matching thread.

We encourage children to choose their own fabric and thread from a real fabric shop — a fun and creative experience!

End-of-camp celebration with a mini fashion show for parents and certificates of achievement!
